Zenova Wellness ships all products within the United States. Due to the size and nature of our wellness equipment, shipping methods and delivery timelines may vary by product.
Order Processing
Orders are typically processed after payment confirmation and order verification. High-ticket items, including infrared saunas, may require additional handling time for freight preparation.
Shipping Methods
- Small and medium items ship via standard parcel carriers when applicable
- Infrared saunas and large wellness equipment ship via freight carrier
Shipping method is determined by product size, weight, and destination.
Freight Shipping (Infrared Saunas)
Freight deliveries typically include:
- Curbside delivery to the end of the driveway or nearest accessible location
- Delivery appointment scheduling by the freight carrier
- Palletized shipment
Customers are responsible for moving the product inside the home. Installation and inside delivery are not included unless explicitly stated on the product page.
Delivery Timeframes
Estimated delivery times vary by product and destination. Once shipped, customers will receive tracking information and delivery coordination details from the carrier.
Shipping Costs
Shipping costs are calculated based on product type and destination and will be displayed at checkout where applicable.
Some products may include shipping in the listed price, while oversized freight items may incur additional charges depending on location.
Delivery Inspection & Damage
Customers must inspect freight shipments upon delivery. Any visible damage must be noted on the delivery receipt before signing.
Failure to document damage at delivery may void freight claims.
Lost or Stolen Packages
Zenova Wellness is not responsible for:
- Packages marked as delivered by the carrier
- Address errors entered at checkout
- Theft after delivery
We will assist with carrier claims when applicable.
