Zenova Wellness ships premium wellness equipment across the United States. Due to the size and high value of our products, we utilize specialized shipping methods to ensure safe delivery.
Order Processing
Orders are processed after payment verification. High-ticket items, such as infrared saunas, require additional handling time for professional freight preparation and palletizing.
Shipping Methods
Small Items: Shipped via standard parcel carriers (UPS/FedEx).
Large Equipment: All saunas and oversized items ship via LTL Freight Carrier.
Freight Shipping (LTL)
To ensure your premium equipment arrives safely, freight deliveries include:
Curbside Delivery: The carrier will deliver to the end of your driveway or the nearest accessible curb.
Appointment Scheduling: The carrier will contact you via phone to schedule a delivery window.
Redelivery Fees: Customers are responsible for any redelivery or storage fees if they are unavailable during their scheduled window.
Delivery Inspection & Damage (Critical)
You must inspect your shipment before signing for it.
Visible Damage: If the packaging is clearly damaged, please refuse the delivery and note "Damaged" on the Bill of Lading (receipt).
Concealed Damage: If you find damage after opening, you must report it to us within 24 hours.
Note: Failure to document damage at the time of delivery may void our ability to file a claim with the carrier.
