At Shop Zenova Wellness, we specialize in high-performance equipment that requires specialized handling. We partner with elite freight carriers to ensure your order arrives safely and securely at your home.

1. Shipping Rates & Destinations

  • Free Standard Shipping: We offer Free Curbside Delivery on most orders within the contiguous United States.
  • Excluded Regions: We do not currently ship to P.O. Boxes, APO/FPO addresses, or international locations outside the 48 contiguous states.

2. Order Processing & Lead Times

  • Order Confirmation: You will receive an email immediately after placing your order. We then verify stock availability with our manufacturers.
  • Handling Time: Most in-stock items are processed within 1–2 business days.
  • Transit Time: Due to the size of our products (saunas, cold plunges), shipping typically takes 7–14 business days.

3. The Freight Delivery Process

Since your order is too large for standard delivery trucks, it will ship via professional freight.

  • Appointment Scheduling: Once the shipment reaches your local terminal, the carrier will call you directly to schedule a delivery window.
  • Curbside Delivery: The driver will unload the unit at the curb of your property.

4. Mandatory Inspection Procedure

Important: Do not sign the delivery receipt until you have inspected the package.

  • Check for Damage: Look for holes, crushed corners, or moisture on the packaging.
  • Note Exceptions: If you see damage, you must write "Product Damaged" on the driver’s paperwork.
  • Refusing Delivery: If the unit is severely damaged, refuse delivery and call us at 505-652-2224.

5. Tracking Your Order

Once your item leaves the warehouse, we will provide you with a tracking number and the name of the carrier so you can monitor your shipment’s progress.

Will my items arrive in one shipment?

Because Shop Zenova Wellness partners with specialized manufacturers across the country to bring you the highest quality equipment, orders containing multiple items (such as a sauna and a cold plunge) may ship from different warehouses. In these cases, your items will arrive in separate professional freight deliveries. You will receive unique tracking numbers for each shipment to monitor their progress individually.
