Refunds & Returns Policy

At Zenova Wellness, we take pride in the quality of our premium wellness equipment. Because our products are high-value and often ship via specialized freight, our return policy is designed to protect both the customer and the integrity of the equipment.
30-Day Return Window
You have 30 days from the date of delivery to request a return. To be eligible, your item must be in the same condition that you received it: unopened, unused, and in its original palletized packaging.
Restocking Fees & Shipping Costs
Due to the high cost of shipping and handling large wellness equipment:
Restocking Fee: All returns are subject to a 25% restocking fee.
Return Shipping: The customer is responsible for the actual cost of return freight shipping.
Original Shipping: Original shipping charges are non-refundable.
Non-Returnable Items
Items that have been removed from their original packaging or crate.
Items that have been partially or fully installed/assembled.
Custom-built or "Made to Order" saunas and wellness pods.
Damaged or Defective Items
If your item arrives damaged, please refer to our Shipping Policy regarding "Refusing Delivery." If a functional defect is found after assembly, please contact us immediately so we can coordinate a warranty claim with the manufacturer.
How to Start a Return
To start a return, you must contact us at info@shopzenovawellness.com. If your return is accepted, we will provide instructions on how to prepare the item for freight pickup.
