Zenova Wellness – Refund & Returns Policy

Zenova Wellness offers premium wellness equipment, including infrared saunas and red light therapy devices. Due to the nature, size, and health-related use of these products, our return and refund policies are designed to ensure fairness, safety, and product integrity.
Eligibility for Returns
To be eligible for a return request, all of the following conditions must be met:
- The item must be unused, unassembled, undamaged, and in its original packaging
- The return request must be submitted within 7 days of delivery
- Proof of purchase is required
- Items that have been assembled, installed, or used are not eligible for return
Non-Returnable Items
For health, safety, and logistical reasons, the following items are non-returnable:
- Infrared saunas that have been opened, assembled, installed, or used
- Red light therapy devices once opened or used
- Products showing signs of wear, installation, or use
- Gift cards
- Items marked as final sale
Damaged or Defective Products
If your order arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery.
- Provide clear photos and/or videos documenting the issue
- Retain all original packaging and materials
- Do not discard or assemble the product before reporting the issue
Once reviewed, we will work with the manufacturer or freight carrier to arrange a repair, replacement, or resolution as appropriate.
Refunds (If Approved)
If a return request is approved, refunds will be issued to the original payment method after the product is returned and inspected.
- Original shipping costs are non-refundable unless the item was defective or incorrect
- Refund processing times vary by payment provider
Return Shipping & Restocking Fees
Unless the return is due to an error or defect:
- Return shipping and handling costs are the customer’s responsibility
- A restocking fee of up to 15% may apply to approved returns on high-ticket items
Cancellations
Orders may be canceled within 12 hours of purchase, provided the order has not entered processing or shipment.
Once an order has been processed or shipped, cancellations are no longer possible.
